Working closely with the design team at McCutcheon and Wilkinson, the design incorporated 9 nr reinforced concrete piers founded on 1.8m and 2.1m diameter precast concrete manhole rings,

Works included installation of over 7 tons of structural steel support beams and cross braces. This structure was installed to support a raised timber boardwalk, utilising resin aggregate bonded, castellated decking boards to allow a non-slip walkway.
