MARTIN were responsible for all liaison with local authorities, provision of all traffic and pedestrian management plans along with permits. Trial holes were excavated at each location to ascertain services, and reinforced concrete foundations poured in preparation for the new sculptures. All logistics were managed with our site teams and full reinstatement back to existing conditions.
