The scheme comprised Drainage alterations, reinforced concrete slab, steel frame, cladding, blockwork, K-rend and internal finishes, along with hi-level sports netting to catch any stray balls.

In a bid to reverse the current trend of dwindling membership within Northern Ireland Golf Clubs, Ballyclare Golf Club appointed MARTIN to develop the design and ultimately build a brand new facility comprising an eight bay floodlit Driving Range, teaching bay and modern Professional Shop.

As principal Designer and Contractor MARTIN Contracting led and co-ordinated a multi-disciplinary Design team comprising of Architects, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers, Civil & Structural Engineers, Landscaping Consultants, Water & Environmental Consultants, Fire Safety Engineers and Air Testing consultants
