Health & Wellbeing – MARTIN

We at MARTIN have been rolling out a whole new Health & Wellbeing programme this year to promote a different way of thinking in our company.

Doing numerous things including Pedometer Challenge, Spin, Recipe competitions and 10 minute walks throughout the day to get us moving and away from our desks!!

The HSE suggest that short, frequent breaks are better than less frequent longer breaks, so a 5-10 minute break after 50-60 minutes is better than a 20 minute break every 3 hours. This is what we have been Encouraging at MARTIN
