Key Tasks:


  • Deliver amazing projects.

Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion

Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations


  • Ensure everyone goes home each night.

Maintain company Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental standards on site


  • Manage Sub-contract teams.

Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors

Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory

Meet contractual conditions of performance.

Review the work progress on a daily basis.


  • Represent us at meetings

Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status


  • Build relationships.

Development of long-term relationships with key clients, subcontractors and suppliers across all construction sectors in Ireland and GB.


  • Problem Solve

Analyse, manage and mitigate risks

Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.

Salary  :                £35000-£50000 (depending on experience)

Personnel Specification


Essential Desirable
Construction related qualification. Third level qualification in a construction related discipline
Minimum of 5 years construction experience, at least two years in a managerial role  
Proven track record in managing civil engineering and/or building projects Excellent experience of managing a variety of   construction related contracts simultaneously.
Working knowledge of site health and safety, quality and environmental standards and procedures Site Safety Supervisors Course

Construction Skills Register (CSR) Supervisors Card

Experience in delivering  tool box talks

Experience in ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 standards

Knowledge of setting out and site surveying


Experienced in site surveying using levels and total station
Excellent communication skills


·         Demonstrate ability to build and maintain relationships with key contractors, clients and co-workers.

·         Ability to source leads and network to help grow the business


Experience of supervising site personnel Proven track record in effective management of site squads and sub contractors
Daily management and recording of plant, labour and materials on site ·         Demonstrate knowledge of contract costs in planning and control of plant, labour and materials on multiple sites.

·         Demonstrate innovation / problem solving skills to ensure contracts  are completed on time and within budget.

Be prepared to work in GB and Ireland as required by contracts  


IT literate Microsoft Project and /or autocad experience


Highly motivated A ‘can do’ attitude demonstrating a focus on high quality customer service.
Current Valid CSR/CSCS Card Full driving licence
