MARTIN will assist individuals to exercise the following General Data Protection Rights (GDPR), consistent with the requirements of applicable data protection law:

You have the right to obtain confirmation that your personal information is being processed by MARTIN and be provided with details of that personal information together with access to it. (b) The right of rectification & data quality
You have the right to request rectification without undue delay of inaccurate personal data MARTIN may process about you.
(c) The right to erasure including retention and disposal
You have the right to request that MARTIN erase, retain or dispose of your personal information on certain grounds; e.g. where the personal information is no longer necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected.
(d) The right to restriction
You have the right to ask MARTIN to restrict processing of your personal information on certain grounds; e.g.:
• You are contesting the accuracy of the personal data MARTIN holds
• When processing is unlawful and you oppose erasure and request restriction instead
• When MARTIN no longer need your personal data but you require it to be retained in order to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to MARTIN’s processing of your personal data.
(f) The right to data portability
You have the right to receive personal information concerning you in a structure, commonly used and machine-readable format and to have that information moved, copied or transferred to another business in a safe & secure way, without hindrance.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR DATA?
All personal data is processed and stored securely, for no longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. We will comply with Our obligations and safeguard your rights under the GDPR at all times.
Our use of your personal data will always have a lawful basis (E.g. 1. Consent; 2. Contract; 3. Legal Obligation; 4. Vital Interests; 5. Public Tas or 6. Legitimate Interests), either because it is necessary for Our performance of a contract with you, because you have consented to Our use of your personal data or because it is in Our legitimate interests. Specifically, we may use your data for the following purposes:
Supplying Our services to you or sub-contracting / procuring your services to us (please note that We require your personal data in order to enter into a contract with you);
Replying to emails from you;
Replying to calls from you.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to Us using your personal data at any time, and to request that We delete it. Please contact MARTIN’s DPO (contact details below).
We do not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. This is normally no longer than seven years after the end of a contract with you or a representative of your organisation.
Please note MARTIN will never pass your details onto any third parties for marketing or sales purposes.
